During the course a questionnaire will be handed out to see if people understand what is being said so that we can recap on parts that have not been understood fully.

The course comprises either half a day for trainers or just over 2 hours for operators. There is plenty to keep all participants interested and alert. The emphasis all through is to start the participants thinking so that they understand what Electrostatic Discharge is about and will consequently know how to deal with it in the workplace.
